Bad example of suing: cynically firing up the right-wing base three months out from a midterm by suing the President of the United States for trying to act when Congress, which is only working a hundred and twenty days this year, and is about to take a month off, leaving the nation's urgent work neglected...
Good example of suing: Filing a multi-million dollar class action on behalf of the victims relatives against Russian President Vladimir Putin over his role in the alleged shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17; and according to the news, this is happening now:
