Texas Dem blasts 10 ammosexuals’ on border: ‘Pointing guns at children solves nothing’

At least 10 armed private militias have now been spotted patrolling the Texas border in response to a crisis of refugee children fleeing violence in Central America.

Anonymous militia members provided the San Antonio Express-News more than 30 photos showing “dozens of members carrying semi-automatic rifles and wearing masks, camouflage and tactical gear.”

The source provided the photos on the condition that the faces would be blurred so that members could not be identified by “cartel and gang members.”

More goddamned ammosexuals causing hate and discontent to make themselves look good.

I don't have guns, I don't think there should be ANY guns in the hands of the public, with the exception of hunting shotguns. There's no need for the NRA, for the ammosexuals' constant drumbeat of hate and fear, and I certainly do not hold with these people being...'my peeps'.

The way gun-nuts fetishize firearms, there really is no better way of describing them.

Threatening children.

The idiots who take guns with them to Dunkin' Donuts or Target. Stuff like that.

People who pose for photos with their guns, or give them names, or otherwise anthropomorphize weapons of mass murder.

I would simply conclude that you don't know me.

Probably a more germane reference would be this: I'm bald, and when I hear racist skinheads being called 'bald, blood-thirsty motherfuckers', I'm not insulted because I know the only thing that applies to me is the bald part. I'm not going to feel insulted on behalf of skin heads just because an innocuous descriptive term is included in the invective.

You cannot insult those who feel superiority in exchange for stupidity! Just the way it is. Most of these 'gun owners' that you see in the news, open carrying, shooting their neighbor because they did something, etc....are looobviously in love with their 'power' and their guns. They are ammosexuals. Deal with it. I know that you are a BIG fan of guns. That's your prerogative, however, no amount of guns will ever do anybody any good whatsoever. Guns kill people. Stupid 'gun owners'..i.e., ammosexuals, gun humpers, NRA fetish followers, etc, do more harm to their own families than any real fear they would ever need a gun for. If you LOVE guns, and, according to your posts you really, really, realllllllllly do LOVE your weaponry, I suggest you head for Somalia where it is indeed wide open, with NO laws whatsoever. There you can fantasize about killing all you want. Meanwhile, along with millions of sane gun control advocated, I will shoot for repeal of the second amendment and make every bullet sold $5,000 per bullet. That will slow down the NRA drumbeat to see how many more innocent people, and those suffering from abuse at the hands of ammosexuals will be slaughtered. No need to reply to my post, Iron Gate. I won't read it, there is no getting through to you or others of your gun totin' ilk.

Of course you won't answer me, your mind is closed up tighter than a fresh water mussel.
Well, good luck with getting the 2A repealed, won't happen but I love it when authoritarian types waste their time on a useless endeavor, oh, and good luck with that $5000.00 a bullet project.

They're well within the law and right to be there and until they do something illegal, there's nothing the law can do about it.
Not saying I support what they're doing, just pointing out that nothing illegal has been done yet.

We should be happy they are at the border. They are shooting themselves in the foot, pardon the pun, and bringing negative attention to their cause.

Think along the lines of the Open Carry Texas movement. They wanted to show their support for open carry in Texas by running around Starbucks, Target, and other places, with assault rifles slung over their shoulders. It turned into a PR disaster for them and accomplished nothing but cause some companies to issue statements saying they did not want anybody bringing their guns to their establishments.

Sometimes you have to exploit the crazies for some political and public relations gains.

.

I don't know you, but I am a student of logical and productive discourse.

More often than not, obsessive use of an epithet like "ammosexual" reveals something about the personality and emotional layers of the person using it.

I would recommend keeping that angle to yourself if you want to present a more well-reasoned argument for your position.

Edit: spelling.
