Ugandan Constitutional Court Could Rule Thursday On Challenge To Anti-Homosexuality Act

According to Buzzfeed, they could declare the law was passed improperly because it was not voted on in an appropriate manner - they didn't have a quorum. If that fails they will then look to see if the law is unconstitutional. The activists who brought the lawsuit hope though that the law will be thrown out on procedural grounds.
