this is going to go no where really fast..because the President actually bent over backwards by giving into one of their demands.. and now they are going to sue him over that?? You just can't make this stuff up

What they've been after since he was elected (twice).

In fact it is the ONLY thing this bunch of paid shills have been after all along.

Since day one. Find something to impeach him on. Anything. Keep looking.
If there's nothing to be found, then make something up.
Just Impeach the President.
Their only mission has been THIS.

If the house was to vote to impeach, they would have done so already. They do not have the Senate votes to remove POTUS from office. Not now, not in Nov., not in Jan. It takes 2/3 of the Senate to convict... thats 67... they'll never get it, and it will be a PR nightmare. The idiotic "lawsuit" is just a ploy to fire up the base while placating the mouth-foaming crazies. It will go nowhere.

I just want to know if they'll be any happier with Biden as President?
Or is this REALLY just about Obama's race?

... when it takes 2/3 of the Senate voting to remove Obama from office? Where do you think 67 votes will come from?

An impeachment is unlikely, removal from office near impossible. Boehner and other GOP leaders lnow this, and know such a pointless exercise will blow up in their face. Even some of the crazies hollering for impeachment know it... they're just throwing bombs to excite their base and motivate them to send money.

So they have gone the lawsuit route.

if not dumber- esp. for a party that loves to call for "tort reform" and an end to frivolous lawsuits.

could hope a lawsuit might damage them less than an impeachment.

Unlike impeachement, a lawsuit may not be all over the news in a big way every second from start to finish. Also, it doesn't seek to remove the President from the office into which the people voted him. And, in theory, judges will not be making a political decision, as does the Senate.

As far as the inconsistency with their own anti-lawsuit stance, it's always somehow different when they do it, isn't it?

On another board, a Republican who was suing her dentist posted that she did not believe in tort suits, but her case was legitimate.

Why was her case legit while, according to her, other cases are not? She didn't say. I guess her being the one some practitioner may have injuring made all the difference in the world in her mind.
