Which is more effective in reducing racial discrimination?

in honor of the DU party line ... the most effective way to reduce racial discrimination is to tell those experiencing racism to ignore, and otherwise don't talk about it it because makes those not experiencing racism uncomfortable ... besides, it's REALLY about economic classism.

the constant refrain to ending racism and racial segregation and stratification that "this is a class problem not a racial problem" is so annoying (and generally wrong...) that I consider it a "tic" of DU.
