Are we a nation of laws or men

Based on the "don't look back doctrine" of the Obama Administration, it is now legal precedent that war crimes, if conducted by members of the GW Bush Administration, are perfectly legal and the torture was conducted on the good faith that it was perfectly legal.

Think of how many charming Nazi's and Japanese War criminals would have walked free if this perverse doctrine had been in place at the post WW2 Nuremburg War Crimes Trials?

The Nixon Doctrine of "If the President does it, it's not illegal" is obviously in full force, and the rule of law obviously is not.

Remember. folks, some portion of your hard earned tax dollars go to support your nation's practice of torture. (For sure it did in the recent past. Can't say for sure if we still torture now. Hard to find this stuff out when this administration so forcefully persecutes whistle blowers these days)
