Speaker at Fancy Farm event calls Mitch McConnell an "emigrant" ...
He says that Mitch McConnell emigrated to Kentucky from Alabama and that made him an "emigrant". He said it was a good thing the Republicans were not in charge at that time or he may not have made it across Kentucky's southern border...
