Let's talk Republican Scandals

I was talking to a wingnut who loves to bring up Ted Kennedy's scandal

Is there any republican politicians who have just as bad skeletons in their closet that has come to surface...

It seems like the first thing that comes to mind to me is all the gay republican scandals. Nothing else really stands out to me.

In my lifetime, I'd say the biggest scandal of all was Richard Nixon and Watergate.

In his defense, I live in a different state than he did. And my exhusband was locked out of his factory with his union. Ted Kennedy sent all of us a letter. It was extremely touching. It wasn't for votes, we didn't live in his state, and it was never in the media.

The Kennedy scandal involved a death, but we don't know just why Kennedy's car went off the road and into the water or what happened.

Any of the people mentioned above with just a little less luck could have been involved in an incident like Kennedy's.

Actually, the Republicans probably have a lot more scandals than the Democrats.
