A few years ago we had an anti genital mutilation law that was proposed in the Colorado legislature. As I remember it was killed in committee by the GOP because it was too invasive. Whatever that means.

The law was addressed to religious leaders who get their entire congregations drunk and then cut off the ends of their dicks while they're semi-conscious. The Repubs seem to be fine with this.
