The leaders of ISIS have been "tweeting". They have been sending Instagrams. They know how to photoshop. Man, do they know how to photoshop!

Their intent is to use the social media to frighten America and the West. In my opinion, it is working fairly well for them. Photos such as severed heads stuck on metal fences. It is a new facet of propaganda.

The Internet can make things seem as they are not. The Internet can start rumors. The Internet can do all kinds of evil things. But it can do some good things, also. For example, so long as the terrorists are blogging and photo-shopping, they don't have time for violence...
