When Planned Parenthood announced plans for a Kissimmee clinic this spring, a crowd of anti-abortion protesters flooded City Hall in a bid to keep it from happening.
When the clinic had a ceremonial grand opening, protesters chanted and waved signs outside.
For the time being at least, a lawsuit has stopped what those protesters could not.
A judge has issued a temporary injunction barring abortions and some other procedures such as ultrasounds from being performed at the clinic on Oak Commons Boulevard, across the street from Osceola Regional Medical Center.

If you read the article, there is a pretty good legal case against the clinic.

Protestors aside, it seems Planned Parenthood might be in violation of the deed restrictions for that piece of property. They are still allowed to dispense the morning-after pill.
Personally, I think Planned Parenthood got some pretty bad legal advice when it decided to build the clinic at this location.

You mean, there was a zoning issue? If so, why did the city allow them to build or move into the clinic?

From the article "The property owners' covenants specifically bar an outpatient surgical center"...
Again, they are still allowed to dispense the morning-after pill.
