calm this down, but that solves nothing.

Thank god there will now likely NOT be any protesters killed, but we still have nothing but problems all over the country,

and as long as rightwing racist terrorist teaparty is in control of the house and maybe soon the senate, we will go backwards and not forwards.

Personally I'd just as soon avoid a second Civil War, when you go down that path who knows who is going to end up on the winning side.

As far as the far right goes, they are not any happier than us. They just blame the wrong people.

And in a socialist revolution the other side has wealth, power, and influence to lose. I'm not optimistic that they are going to give up those things without a fight.

to go there and join them. And I'm a white gal living on a South Dakota Indian reservation and I know there are plenty of native americans who would gladly come along with me, as this is also what they deal with from police outside of the reservation and sometimes even on the rez itself.

There are some white people there at this protest showing it's not a Black VS White Issue. And it's a far cry from last night.

It's totally different now that control Is under Missouri Highway Patrol and away from St Louis County.

One black woman said that whites in the area have been standing with them all along. I guess whites in the area have "history" with the cops too.

And that a large amount of local revenue comes from traffic stops.

I find the absence of dashcams in the police cars fascinating too. With those, the murdering cop may have been identified by now, and hopefully would not have felt so free to open fire in the first place.
