Should stealing cheap cigars from a convenience store result in the death penalty?

That's essentially what the Ferguson PD is trying to say by releasing the video of the alleged robbery.

Who cares if an unarmed teenager was shot and killed, he stole cheap cigars from a convenience store!

Really? Is this where we are in America?

An alleged robbery should result in the death penalty with no trial?

The idea that Brown was a gentle giant. The photos also show a willingness to at least use the threat of violence. Does that mean he attacked the cop? Obviously not, but it shows that it's more of a possibility than it's being given credit for.

8. 'Strong-arm robbery' is a term used where the offender used any degree of force, it's a felony

Robberies go bad all the time - would it be better if the store employee shot him?

13. No one is shooting the armed-aiming-at-law-enforcement-men and women at the Bundy ranch.

The shooting took place at least 20 min after the alleged theft and blocks away from the store. Two witnesses say the cop grabbed Brown by the neck and tried to force his head through the window and he was running away when the first shot hit him. He then stopped and turned and put his hands up in the air and was gunned down. The two witnesses so far have given about the same story but we will see how all this turns out. There is going to be pressure everywhere and on everyone involved. In no case, should an unarmed person be shot to death by anyone.
