3. She is claiming that Brown was charging Wilson when he was shot

Witnesses say that Brown was shot in the back however and it is not possible to shoot someone in the back when they are charging towards you. They need to release the autopsy results now.

face Wilson with his hands up). According to a report on CNN, possible Wilson (and a possible unnamed accomplice) fired into Brown after he was already on the ground.

7. An unarmed teen charging a cop with a gun, who had already fired at him once?

This is questionable as, even if true, it comes third hand, from the girlfriend of Officer Wilson who then told this caller to a radio talk show. According to this lady, the cop is claiming that after the gun went off and Brown retreated to a point more than 35 feet away, he turned and rushed the police car like a bull with a matador. She says that Officer Wilson says that Michel Brown seemed like he was "on something". Marijuana makes you mellow, not violently psychotic. So now they're claiming Brown was high on PCP? Or else he was carrying out a suicide by cop?

on this video. It is two guys talking in the background that starts at about the 6:05 mark.
