The swanky Beverly Hills Hotel which is owned by The Brunei Investment Agency..Yep. thats right by a Country which supports Sharia Law...
So Sharia Laws have now officially reared its ugly head in Los Angeles..and Im glad to say being met with tons of push back social and political groups, causing all sorts of economic stress on the establishment. My good friend works there and says there has been almost no work for months..
Which is not good.. But...
My question is??? Where The Fuck is Michelle Bachman, Steve King, Louie (the goat) Ghomert, and all the masses of Right Wing nuts, who claim Obama is bringing Sharia Law to America?
Not even a word out of Ted Nugents disgusting mouth nor Fox News hasnt even sent Steve Doofus out there.. When Good Old American Corporate Interests' think its o.k., I guess Sharia Law becomes very acceptable..

I really don't get the "cachet" of the place. I know they have "bungalows" that are supposed to be the "ne plus ultra" of Hollywood extravagance, but that is not evidenced at all by their regular rooms. The bar is dank and small as well.

(11,175 posts)If there's a restaurant, does it serve any dishes that are prohibited to devout Muslims?
Regardless of the answers to these questions, they're not a basis for prohibiting the foreign ownership.
As a place of public accommodation, the hotel is subject to the Civil Rights Act. I'm rooting for the owners to announce that women can't stay at the hotel unless accompanied by their father or husband. Then the Hobby Lobby majority on the Supreme Court will face a choice to give them fits: Rule in favor of a Sharia-based exception to a statute that non-Muslims must obey, or rule in favor of women making an antidiscrimination claim.
