12. Well intentioned but without real control.....

I believe that Captain Johnson is a well intentioned person and speaks truth to power. Unfortunately, he does NOT have the authority that is claimed. The local clowns are still muddling along with their supporting circus act, the StL Co PD.

I would bet that those 'troops' were not there under the direct command of the good Captain. Wadda ya bet?

This has moved the entire nation. Congress usually sits around waiting for their paychecks.

Demand answers.
Demand charges and a fair trial.
Demand change.

He's been brought in to help and he's doing an outstanding job. I think that sentiment of yours should be directed to the people who are actually charged with making those consequential decisions that he's obligated, in the end, to operate under. He's one of a whole host of officials and others brought in to assist, and who are doing their part to make things better for the citizens there.
