6. More to do With Wealth Than Race

I am not trying to say that race does not play a role in how the police react to crimes. However, in the case of Lindsay Lohan it most likely has more to to with her wealth and celebrity status than the fact that she is white. I will acknowledge that at this moment I cannot name a black celebrity who has done the things that Lohan did while not being shot. However, there are a number of poor white women who are in jail after having done far less than Lohan.
