Cameras on cops amendments?

There have been a number of amendments in various states on issues like legalizing marijuana for recreational or medicinal use placed on ballots through petitions. Perhaps it is time to focus on amendments to get body cameras on police officers. If our elected representatives won't do it themselves, we should get it done ourselves. The Ferguson incident could get the catalyst to get this going.

2. It's long past due and the results coming in from where they have started this reform is promising.
