Hedy Epstein, a Holocaust survivor and activist, was among those arrested in St. Louis-area protests on Monday, according to reports.
Epstein told The Post she was arrested at a demonstration outside the building that houses Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon’s downtown St. Louis office. She was given an October court date, but her charges remain unclear. The information she was given by authorities carry a charging number, she said, but no one explained what it stood for.
“There’s a number, and I don’t know what that number means,” Epstein said in a phone interview Monday night.

According to the St. Louis station KMOV, protesters were arrested on failure to disperse charges. Epstein said authorities asked the crowd to leave, and when they didn’t, police started making arrests.
