While the people are doing nothing but peacefully protesting.
USE of the noisy eardrum shattering LRAD looks like inciting a riot, to me.

LRADs are louder and repetitious, they have a high pitch like a smoke alarm going off only they will literally rupture your eardrums.

And yelling at him to tell the real story. He managed to defuse it by interviewing some of them. Now one of the other MSNBC people is at the fence interviewing. I'm not sure that Chris's white face and preppy look was being received very well.
