(7,627 posts)They do not have access to information. Most of these countries have an abysmal education system leaving their population illiterate. Compound that with deficient governments and the historical perpective of having been exploited by europeans during the colonial era and its understandable they do not trust the white people flying in and setting up centers to treat them.
