Would it be so crazy if we had a 24-hour DU cease-fire? A temporary truce?
No whining about the Third Way, misogyny, and the other stuff?
Just good thoughts. Just to see what it would be like.

(30,439 posts)The people who start shit are right wing trolls who get off on things like misogyny, racism and homophobia.
They'll drop turds in certain threads and run away while proclaiming their innocence.
Deep down, they aren't really DUers.

(34,589 posts)You *real* DUer, you?

(30,439 posts)...wouldn't want the election of Obama overturned in favor of Bomb Bomb McCain...

(34,589 posts)And it's perhaps the only huge difference: intellectual honesty.
Every few thousand posts, I write something that I believe at the moment but don't usually believe. When I do, unless I think better of it within a few minutes, I leave it up rather than self-deleting, because it is what it is. In the case of the one post - out of tens of thousands of mine - that you reference repeatedly, it's pretty clear what's going on in my head.
You, by contrast, when found to be posting things that were utterly contradictory, ran way back in time and self-deleted inconvenient posts en masse - until it turned out that while your posts were deleted on DU, they lived forever in the Internet Archive:

And, indeed, it's pretty clear that you make stuff up out of whole cloth just to be belligerent:

(30,439 posts)I know you very well. Your intention in this OP is to annoy feminists by saying they shouldn't whine about misogyny. You're pretty easy to figure out. I've got you pegged perfectly and you know it.
You pull up deleted posts and think that, somehow, that's the same as wanting a Democratic President's election overturned in favor of a Republican:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=3995915
Then you attack Hillary Clinton by using a right wing source who claims Bill Clinton raped Hillary:

More on that source you tried to use to attack Hillary:

You've exposed yourself time and time again. You've even admitted that you voted for Reagan.
The fact that you wanted Obama's election overturned in favor of McCain is something you will NEVER be able to escape from.
Me? Some deleted posts. You? Wanting an election overturned in favor of a Republican who wants to bomb the shit out of every country.
Ya...that's the same thing....

Yes....you did tell the truth when you admitted that you wanted Obama's election overturned in favor of McCain. You also admitted you voted for Reagan.
We know that...

(14,274 posts)You may be a genuine feminist, but a lot of the words you use in your posts here read like anti-feminist drivel.
Just trying to give you a little insight to why you get the responses you do.
