FOX Posts Adorable Video of Black Child, Commenters Go FULL RACIST (Screenshots)

FOX News posted a video of an African-American mother sharing news that her son has a new sibling on the way, and he had the most adorable reaction ever! Shanee Gibson Hart of Fort Lewis, Washington, a military mom, posted her son’s reaction to the news on Facebook. The video quickly went viral, garnering over 300,000 shares.

Given that his parents are both military and Tre threw out an “adult” word like exasperating, most would view him as a well-educated and well-cared-for child. However, that’s not how the fine folks at FOX News saw it:

The only thing I notice about her (beyond her on-camera cocktail-party wardrobe and accessories) is the shadowing of her face under those lights. You can't see it as well in the photo above, but I frankly enjoy the shots I see of her in which her high cheekbones cast shadow on her hollow cheeks. Makes it look almost like a five-o'clock shadow. So in some photographs, Pox Noise's Alpha Goldilocks looks like the bearded lady!

Now mind you, it doesn't show so much in this photo. But what I DO see - is the increasing invasion of laugh lines on little miss megyn's face. She's on borrowed time. I hope all those blonde cutie-pies on Pox who got into these glitzy on-camera jobs keep something in mind: they won't have those jobs forever. Because they won't have those looks forever. They'll eventually be "Norvilled" too. That was a term that developed in various newsrooms when Jane Pauley was kicked out as cohost of the "Today" show by male program executives who were hot for the younger blonder Deborah Norville. Norville rather quickly tanked the ratings. She went out on maternity leave within a year or two, and didn't return. I remember my supervisor at the AP predicting that. "She's not coming back. Wait and see," he said. And that's what happened. The viewers revolted. The majority female "Today" audience never saw any reason why Pauley had to be moved out, and DID NOT accept Deborah Norville. Enter the more-of-a-commoner Katie Couric. Surprise. They turned to a brunette to rescue the show. How 'bout that. That gave me a large measure of satisfaction, watching how that one played out.

That's what's so irritating about this...every one of them, without exception, is all "support the troops...the troops defend our freedoms...if you don't love the troops you're un-American." And then they find out the troops are paid with tax dollars, and they instantly become welfare bums.

War story follows: in 2011 I had a real mild abdominal ache. I took it to the VA because it wouldn't go away and it turned out to be an encapsulated burst appendix. It is my opinion that neither Fox News, nor the Koch Bbrothers have anything to do with the anger in the comments section. That military service is the same as welfare comment is about race. That comment is an example of the phrase, do not let facts get in the way of a good story. People like the person who wrote the comment like to portray black people as lazy and unemployed people looking for a government handout at the expense of hard working white people. For most people being in the military is just the opposite of being lazy and looking for a handout. So, how do you turn a black woman into a welfare queen when she is in the military? Just say military service and welfare are the same thing. I may be wrong, but it is my opinion that if the children in that video had been white the comment that military service is the same as welfare would not have been made.

Also, I do not think the right is turning against the military. They may have just moved on to other things. I remember a post here were someone wrote that people did not realize there were still American troop in Iraq and Afghanistan. Another reason for the lack of support the troops decals on vehicles may be the reason some people were putting them on their vehicles in the first place. It is very possible that for some on the right those decals were more about supporting President Bush than supporting the troops.
