Tom Wolf, Democratic candidate for governor(PA)says he would consider traditional Medicaid expansion

“It seems like fairly close to an expansion of Medicaid, and that’s what I’ve always been for,” the Democrat said. “... I’m still learning about the differences between this, the waivers, and just expansion of Medicaid.”

Which refuse. It hurts the residence of the states. In 2015 I will be placed in a HRA, don't know how this is going to work but time will tell. Had a RW tell me the other the HRA's was the result of ACA but they were operating in 2009, before ACA was passed.
