Joe Scarborough, 'Morning Joe' Panel Gets Into Heated Debate Over Hilary Rosen, Allen West (VIDEO)

On Friday, co-host Joe Scarborough was skeptical about the commotion over Rosen, who said that Ann Romney has "never worked a day in her life." The remark caused a kerfuffle on Thursday, immediately prompting Democrats and Republicans to react. The MSNBC host said that the story has been "overblown."
He argued that West's allegation that "about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party" are Communists was much more incendiary. To drive his point home, Scarborough asked if Mitt Romney should distance himself from West's controversial comments the way Democrats have distanced themselves from Rosen.
RNC chair Michael Steele dismissed any relationship between Rosen and West's remarks. He began to say, "I don't know "
An incredulous Scarborough raised his voice, interrupting, "You don't know?"
"I don't know because I don't think it's worth it!" Steele shouted, as Scarborough continued speaking.
Noonan, Steele and contributor Donny Deutsch all jumped in to question why he was drawing parallels between the two stories. The four began to speak over each other, but Scarborough was adamant in his answer.

(3,450 posts)There we have the MSM and Democrats succumbing to the rePIGlican drivel and verbal onslaught. It seems to me that Democrats are never nimble on their feet when it comes to messaging offensive or defense (which is actually a counter-offensive - come to think of it!)
