Grand jury considering the Ferguson shooting is being investigated for misconduct

This is pretty huge:

Grand jury considering the Ferguson shooting is being investigated for misconduct

By Kimberly Kindy October 1 at 6:17 PM

The St. Louis County prosecutor’s office is investigating an accusation of misconduct on the grand jury that is hearing the case against the Ferguson police officer who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Ed Magee, the spokesman for county prosecutor Robert McCulloch, said they received the information from a “Twitter user” Wednesday morning.

“We are looking into the matter,” he said.

An account of possible jury misconduct surfaced Wednesday morning on Twitter, when several users sent messages about one juror who may have discussed evidence in the case with a friend.

For anybody interested, it was Shaun King who exposed this misconduct:

These fuckin' people are stopping at nothing to rig an acquittal -- No matter how down and dirty they have to get...

Of course if anyone in Fla. gave a shit, there was misconduct in Zimmerman's jury that could have been investigated...

1. Prosecutors overcharged the case making their burden of proof harder to reach.
2. The state had to be pressured into it by public opinion.
3. Prosecutors poorly prepared their star witness (Rachel Janteel) which allowed the defense to tear her apart.
4. Police that were testifying were mainly corroborating Zimmerman's story.
5. Prosecution didn't bother explain to the jury about any lesser-included charges (you can tell the jury was confused about it because they asked a question about it that was basically not answered).

So Im not sure any jury would have convicted under these circumstances. If the state puts on a crappy case, it usually leads to acquittal.

Mr. I read a paper yesterday and now I've changed my mind.

He has to be the best prosecution witness of all time.

are criminal offenses in the federal statutes. That's how the government finally nailed all those KKK white crackers. Many of them who murdered and maimed, still haven't been brought to trial for that, but they served prison sentences for the rights violations.

the question is whether the tweet came from a person who really knows someone on the grand jury.

Even if the fix is in, the last thing this country needs is for it to be put out there that the fix is in and a new grand jury is not empaneled

Assuming that the person tweeting does have inside knowledge of the inner workings of that specific grand jury...

a) There really isn't enough evidence, by a legal standard, to indict

or

b) The desire to prosecute really isn't there but in that case the "fix" is with the prosecutor's office and not the grand jury.
