hostages kneeling in orange jumpsuits....., but they keep popping up on various sites. Difficult to avoid.

And is saddens me that many seem to get some kind of macabre joy/shock from doing so. And more than once.

I have a pretty good idea how beheadings go, I don't need it on film to gasp and gawk at while tsking in horror.
