1. I have neighbors down wind who constantly break the law and blow their leafs into the street

Then, the next windy day they end up in my yard. Fuckers!

However, as my brother in law always says "He who rakes last rakes least!" So I just won't rake my yard until everyone else is done raking !

My town banned vacuum trucks, and require all leaves to be bagged. I had to buy a mower with a bag attachment.
