with a pool...

EDIT: Adding that I'm glad he's recognizing the problem and earnestly seeking a solution. Good on you, Phelps.

EDIT2: You know, many of these clinics have been co-opted by Fundies and are used as proselytizing centers, swapping alcohol-addiction for a Jesus Jones.

EDIT3: And I hope he doesn't end up at that one place, you know, the one with the ads with that dick saying, "I was an addict for ten years. Now I'm not." What a scam artist!

It gets a little silly with all the rules, but some people insist on being able to make them.

Maybe he just needs to learn how to drink responsibly.

He smokes pot also, should he go to rehab for that?

He is fortunate that he did not end up like Bruce Kimball since no one was hurt.

Jail time is in order for him just like for almost all other two-time offenders. Get rehab there. Programs outside of jail are for first time offenders.

I question how contrite they truly are when they send multiple tweet stating how sorry they are for their behavior. Seems like they are trying to convince others.

Poland: 0.02% (driving license banned from six months up to three years, prison up to one month), 0.05% (driving license banned from 1 year to 10 years, prison up to two years).[31] Limits and penalties for riding the bicycles were same as for motorized vehicles to December 2013. Almost half of people imprisoned for drunk driving were riding bicycles.[
