I think lots of hospitals just file those away and never do the training or staff education. It's obvious Dallas Presbyterian did.

(51,666 posts)ETA: the head of TX public health didn't exactly inspire my confidence when I heard him on a press conference. He seemed barely conversant in infectious disease matters and said a lot of what sounded canned, bland, and rehearsed fluff.
