Phyllis Schlafly: 'Overweight Woman In Charge Of Secret Service' Couldn't 'Protect The President'

In an interview with Jacksonville radio host Cindy Grave, Phyllis Schlafly expressed her admiration for Rep. Michele Bachmann but seemed taken aback when Graves mentioned Joni Ernst, the Iowa Republican Senate candidate who is a lieutenant colonel in the Iowa Army National Guard.
After Schlafly heaped praise on the wonderful and articulate Bachmann, Graves asked Schlafly a staunch opponent of allowing women to serve in the military if she shared her admiration for Ernst not only as a strong woman but also as a military leader, I think its refreshing.
Schlafly curtly agreed before adding, Of course, the Secret Service has taken a blow in the past week. They put this overweight woman in charge of the Secret Service and she was not able, really, to protect the president.
