I think he's Canadian. At 16 seconds he says "outside" with that distinctive auut sound.

The first 12 seconds or so are in Arabic. This is a 2 minute excerpt.

2. I thought the same thing-- surely technology can render a picture of a face based on contours or

even a talented forensics artist. Heck, I can make out a lot of his features just from the video and I'm no trained expert.

4. I don't think it's that easy. The best would be if someone knows this person and in spite of

the voice probably being modified, or that it's a different voice from the person depicted, they know by the vibe/gesture/size/detail.. hey that's Mohammed who worked at the car dealership in Toronto, or something..

7. I would say not necessarily Canadian, in fact

that's known as "Canadian Raising" but it's present in some accents found in the upper US Midwest; he could be from Minnesota or Michigan or Wisconsin.
