if they'll give them the money because they are a red state or they'll deny the money because they know KS will vote for them no matter what as long as it's a vote against Obama.

3. Obama would rather make nice with them then hold them accountable for their rhetoric so

KS will get the money but the GOP will take all the credit and say how they pryed the money for the good god fearing white folk from the evil grip of the uppity balckman in the WH.

IMHO President Obama needs to start to stand up to the Pubs and their supporters and make them live by the nonsense they spew.

Go into their districts and spread so much money and so many favors around that they would never think of voting against you. And that, my friends is Northeast strategy.
