It works for all drugs, but I was most interested in filling scripts from my dogs. We both have coverage for our people drugs, but some of the things prescribed for my dogs have cost a small fortune! Got the info from my vet this AM, but it's good for people meds too if you need the info. There are also associated coupons you can print.

(3,425 posts)but our dog is on Xannax and prozac and occasionally needs prednisone (she is a rescue dog with a lot of issues) and we get them from Walgreens with a prescription from her vet that is called by the vets office. We even got her a Walgreen card so she pays $5.00 for the generic form of these drugs.

(3,425 posts)Is he a rescue dog? Sadly our bundle of joy is getting old and deaf. She has lost most of her hair and no longer feels the need to go out when she wants to poop. However, I do not think she is any pain so we just grin and bear it when cleaning up her mess.

(60,010 posts)He's a Golden, and when he was 6 mos. old in Dec. the neighbors up the hill shot off a HUGE fireworks display, we had no clue they were going to do that, and were on the back deck with the pup. Scared the bejesus out of him, and imprinted fear of thunder, bangs, etc.
He is 9 now, large dog, so his human age is 61, according a dog age site I visited.
With any luck we have 3-5 more years to be with him.
Living with an aged dog can be hard, cause we know what is going to happen and they don't.

(25,183 posts)Protonix, and while the generic is cheap, it doesn't do the job for me. My Canadian pharmacy prices beat the GoodRx prices, but I expected that would be the case.

(7,473 posts)Message if necessary. I have no drug coverage and would consider a Canadian pharmacy if I knew which one to choose.
My Medicare provider has dropped the drug coverage option from my plan and I have to look for alternatives.
Thanks

(3,425 posts)I do not understand why the US has the highest prices for many drugs and as consumers, we allow them to rip us off. Also, have you tried Nexium. I understand it is now OTC. Also, if it is allowed, could you give me the name of the pharmacy you use.
