Fox Guest Slut-Shames Upskirt Victims: They ‘Made A Conscious Choice To Wear Certain Clothes’ (VIDEO

http://www.addictinginfo.org/2014/10/12/fox-guest-slut-shames-upskirt-victims-they-made-a-conscious-choice-to-wear-certain-clothes-video/

Last week, Christopher Cleveland was let off the hook by D.C. Superior Court Judge Juliet McKenna after she ruled that the upskirt photos Cleveland took of women sitting on the Memorial Lincoln steps were perfectly legal, thanks to a loophole in the law. In this case, McKenna claimed that because these women were wearing dresses and were sitting in a public place, they had forfeited their right to privacy.

On a Sunday segment of Fox News’ Fox & Friends, former presecutor Jonna Spilbor and defense attorney Evangeline Gomez joined Fox News host Peter Johnson Jr. in a discussion about McKenna’s ruling.

Spilbor called McKenna’s decision “ludicrous,” stating that the ruling meant “a woman’s private parts will become public property by virtue of a wardrobe malfunction.”

However, Gomez agreed with McKenna’s choice, and that’s when things got heated.

what we wear. I would also say that the Fox News women had better be on guard also, considering their wardrobes.

a hard one to understand. and it USED to be the argument for the porn. you know. consent. that is so lacking in the porn industry.

yes. men have all the rights, when it comes to sexualizing women, regardless of consent or otherwise.

that is basically the argument we hear today.... per all the lack of consent porn being thrown out there for mans enjoyment and entertainment.

If men are concerned about their intimate areas appearing on these photographs they should not sit on the steps in front of the memorial while wearing short kilts.

The guy in this case was undoubtedly a creep but did not break the law.
