1. I know that was 500+ years ago, but dang. 300 years later, our founding fathers

were talking of liberty and such, while endorsing slavery, denying the vote to women, killing Native Americans for their land, etc. It's a sorry history. I think we should dispense with Columbus Day and speak/teach the truth regarding the founding fathers, etc.
