I don't know what the deal is. But apparently our message, whatever it is, is not selling.

In my state, the supposed Democratic candidate (the millionaire independent who is our hope to defeat the dread Pat Roberts) is running on a message of "the Democratic Party sucks" and Democratic voters are supposed to rally around him for this.

There is some hope that Brownback will be defeated. I hope we can hang on against a deluge of negative ads about "strippergate".

Sadly, it looks like the Republican might win in South Dakota with less than 40% of the vote. One writer said he would lose if one of the candidates dropped out of the three way race. I don't get that at all. With two Republicans and one Democrat running, the Democrat should be able to win.
