Obama mishandling Ebola?

I saw a banner on CNN that said "Obama handling of Ebola panned".

Ummm.... what is he doing wrong? They only cases of people contracting the virus on American soil are because the Dallas hospital did EVERYTHING wrong. I didn't see the report so I don't understand what exactly was being "panned" but other than shutting down international air travel what could he have possibly done? Isn't it the CDC that is supposed to be coordinating with hospitals on proper procedures?
