Why would someone associate the Soviet communist government with Czars? The first thing the communists did was kill the Czar and his family because they represented a threat to the new communism.

Unfortunately Beck can always find a pack of followers that don't have a clue about American history let alone world history.

The Democrats, including the President, should push this Surgeon General thing to the max! Every Democrat that steps in front of a camera should disregard the host's question and bring up the lack of a Surgeon General as being a grave threat to the nation. Pin it on the fucking Republicans.
