Ebola, as of now, can't live long (how long is not long?) in pure water, but it's not known what'll happen if it gets to the rats first.

i would think any reasonable treatment process would kill ebola.

Sewer treatment plants would destroy it in the process.

The manholes run through a local park and I can smell them big time.
