Ready for Hillary raises $2 million in 3rd quarter

MSNBC:

Ready for Hillary, the quasi-official Clinton shadow campaign PAC, took in more than $2 million in the third quarter of the year, according to the group. That’s slightly less than the previous quarter as the group winds down its activities in anticipation of an official Clinton campaign launch.

The group has raised more than $10.25 million since it formed in early 2013, and raked in $2.5 million in the previous quarter.

Continuing to expand its grassroots fundraising base, Ready for Hillary brought more than 21,000 new donors into the fold over the past three months. Of its more than 38,000 contributions during the quarter, 98% were for less than $100. The average contribution was $52.

Ready for Hillary has always said it plans to “go out of business” if Clinton announces a second presidential run, which is likely to occur early next year. Most of the group’s staffers have fled its Arlington, Virginia headquarters to go work on Democratic midterm campaigns. But some version of the group could find a second life alongside an official campaign.

donate to someone who is liberal/progressive. There's plenty of time.
And hey! Hillary won't need any cash from the likes of me, that's for sure!

A lot of people who demand an alternative to Clinton seem to think it's someone else's job to convince that alternative to run.

nominations, no primaries, too bad if we all don't like her. What I am hoping is that, after the upcoming elections are out of the way, some more candidates will announce intentions. I do realize I will have to quit DU if Hillary is handed the nom. I won't work against her, but will not be supportive in any way. And if that happens, I need a new party, this one has changed too much.

It seems as though the anti-Hillary people are saying they'll "NEVER" vote for her, and are already complaining that "THEY" won't given them a choice, as if a choice of candidates is an automatic right. Primaries are held when there are two or more people who decide to run. If nobody want to run against Hillary, why isn't it your job to convince someone.

And donate her entire campaign war chest to a truly progressive candidate.

Her endorsement and support would mean a lot!

Hillary cares more about herself and her ambitions than the country's best interest.
