even just a couple of years ago, that the walls of this nasty bit of bigotry would fall so fast and so completely? They're not going to appeal because they KNOW they would lose in the CofA.
This little revolution is the best thing happening in the country right now.

recognizes that a precedent was set by the SCOTUS in not hearing those other cases. Appeals are a waste of time, and even Arizona recognizes that.
