This thing from Shrub's staff calling him D.A.G. rings true. That's how "Tweety" got his name as relayed to the esteemed, defunct Media Whores Online, from Tweety's staff calling him that because of the shade of Clairol he favored.

Jeb Bush has decided not to run for Prez. From somebody in a position to hear all the insider Republican dope. I wish I could say more. Oh, another tidbit, now obsolete: Dubya's staff in Austin when he was Governor nicknamed him "Dag" (quietly and only among themselves). Stands for Dumb As Grass.
I've been holding on to this one for forever because no one I know would ever care. But!!! A certain congressperson is retiring after this term so that they can launch a presidential campaign. V. reliable source; not public knowledge yet.
