UCLA is a little better prepared than THP, it seems.

Looks like they understand what appropriate PPE consists of, too. And they probably did not have to be spoon fed the information.

But then California doesn't automatically ignore all federal recommendations and guidelines because OBAMA!!!1!!1!!

The fact that they may have found issues that need to be resolved is a good thing. Not a failure. It's why we drill. To see where we can improve.
