Just saw "Bhopal: A Prayer For Rain"

Holy crap that was a powerful movie. Kal Penn was in town for something and set up a screening at an art house that I managed to finagle my way into. He hung around a little bit after and we got to talk to him.

Obviously any movie about Bhopal is going to be depressing as hell. And the disaster scenes are really rough. It opens in the US in a couple of weeks; I definitely recommend it. Martin Sheen plays the head of Union Carbide; I hated seeing Jed Bartlett be evil.
