I'm pretty much good on the propositions and the main offices. However, I and a group of my progressive friends need help on the judges. Everything is phrased "shall (judges name) be elected to the office for the term provided by law?". I'm confused. Would someone let me know about a website in which I can have clarification? Than you!

(106,886 posts)If approved by the voters they each serve the remainder of their term - either 4 or 8 years. The vote is basically to retain the confirmed justices or not.
