The memorialized soldiers in the statue are extending a hand toward the just-killed soldier, inviting him to join them.

In Canada?

Forgive my ignorance, I don't have TV and my computer cord is broken. Aliens could invade and I would be the last to know

It took a little bit to grok that out, but once I did, it was just stunning. VERY powerful, and yet amazingly simple at the same time. The artist really hit a home run with this one.

A complex phrase, sad, humbling, and yet inspirational.
