McGovern describes his visit with Snowden, in Moscow, and the upcoming release of the documentary, "Citizenfour".
Preparing for the flight back to the US from Moscow, McGovern reflects:
Flying home from Moscow, having had lunch there with Edward Snowden, lunch in Berlin with <WikiLeaks journalist> Sarah Harrison, and dinner with Julian Assange in that little piece of Ecuadorian territory in London, what came first to mind was Poloniuss advice to Laertes: Those friends thou hast, and their adoption tried, grapple them to thy soul with hoops of steel.
But then, above the din of the jet engines, came a more familiar and more insistent voice. It was that of Jane Fahey, my Irish grandmother, who for some reason seemed 33,000 feet closer than usual: Show me your company, and Ill tell you who you are! she would say, often very often. I think my grandmother would be as pleased with my company as I am and as grateful.

I'm eager to see "Citizenfour" but I guess I'll have to wait for it to be released on DVD. The chances of it being shown at any movie theater in the Midwest are probably slim to none.

Waiting for the contingent to come along opining that McGovern has nothing important to say.
