Will strong feelings about Obamacare influence Kentucky’s election?(And other Red States?)

LFR Note: They don't like "Obamacare", but like "Kynect". However can this issue be happening in other red states? Could calling the ACA "Obamacare", and not the Affordable Care Act, confuse already confused ( and Brainwashed) people to not see the truth and vote, yet again for the Repukes that caused all the mess that President Obama and other Democrats are fighting to clean up?

In Kentucky there's a disconnect in public opinion for the Affordable Care Act versus the state's popular health exchange program.
