Cost of isolation and treatment for Ebola. Who pays?

I wonder how the medical community is assessing charges for the isolation and possible treatment for those who have or are being quarantined for Ebola symptoms or actual treatment.

Do these poor people leave the hospital with huge medical bills? Who is paying for all this special treatment? The hospital? The government? Insurance companies?(if the patient has insurance.)

Somewhere, somehow, this is being paid for. I hope it is not out of 'every-man's pocket.
